Returns Policy


To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, remember these are not toys! We cannot resell items that are not longer in an unused condition. It must also be in the original packaging. You have 14 days to let us know you would like to return or exchange an unwanted item to us from the day you receive it.

You then have 14 days to return the item to us. You are responsible for the costs incurred returning the the item to us, once received, we we’ll be happy to refund or exchange your item provided the terms of our returns policy have been adhered to.

We take the utmost care packing and shipping you product as we hope you can tell. If your item doesn’t arrive in excellent condition, please let us know as soon as possible so we can inform our carrier and make a claim for the damage. We’ll get a replacement unit sent out straight away at no cost to you.

If your item has a manufacturer defect, please let us know as soon as possible. We will replace the item for you and arrange for collection from you.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

To complete your return, please contact the team at Die Cast Superstore. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned to us more than 28 days after delivery of the product to you.

Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange an item for an alternative if you’ve changed your mind, please ensure you keep the model in it’s original packaging maintaining it’s pristine condition. Contact the team using the contact details provided with your packing slip to arrange this.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to our UK based fulfilment address, please contact us before sending.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your unwanted item to us unless the item has a manufacturer defect and you’re exchanging it.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
